Yamato sat in a briefing room, with roughly twenty seats, most of them filled, facing a projector screen. At the front of the room stood a man with orange/gold hair, blue glasses, and wearing a nice looking suit, leaning on a lecturn and looking at those seated in the room with a calm and steady gaze.
Yamato sat with arms folded, an impatient air about him as he waited for the man at the front to start whatever briefing he was going to give to the collected Foundation X members, who Yamato could only assume were a collection of their riders, field support and base support staff.
"Alright, so we need to educate you a little on what you're fighting against, which so far we've been rather slack on informing you about." the orange-haired man began, and Yamato sat to attention.
He recognised the voice as Tau's, the supervisor who had aided him in the battle against the coin-monster.
"You're dealing with a combination of different Kaijin, Dopant, kaijin that are transformed from humans into Kaijin via the use of a Gaia memory. These kaijin are appearing less frequently now, and aren't really a threat for you, but keep your eyes out, there are some surprisingly strong Dopants out there," Tau started, neglecting to reveal to the assembled group of Foundation X's involvement in the distribution of Gaia memories. "Next are Yummys, Kaijin spawned from human desire by a Greeed. The purpose of a Yummy is to harvest and create Cell medals for their parent Greeed, and are based off animals. Not too hard, but there are many of them and it is almost impossible to predict when a new Yummy will surface. Now Greeed, the big bad Kaijin. we haven't actually encountered any in a manner in which we have learnt anything from them, and all we know is that they are the basis for Core medals, and are built up of Cell medals. We know they can create Yummy, and that the more ccore medals they have in their possession the stronger they become. Not much else is known, but we are looking into it. Now, any questions?" Tau finished, gazing around the room. His eyes seemed to settle on Yamato, and Tau gave what looked like a quick smirk.
Yamato remained seated with arms crossed. He didn't need to ask questions, he knew that he needed to fight whatever kaijin cropped up, regardless of what it was.
