The city, always busy with desires transported by humans. But amidst the crowd is a person unaware of his own desire. It is not a problem for him, because he does not even know it. What he struggles with is suspicion, what was once his foe presented themselves as a friend and he could not decide if his choice to accept them was a safe one. The thing they gave him was powerful, comparable to the Gaia Memories rampant in the city, and he had done the opposite to earn their blessings for it.
A strange sound. He stops moving, trying to listen in. It is muffled and human, and it is gone. Then a boom and a heavy crash. He turned first to the direction, seeing a manhole cover bounce , and to the exposed hole in the road. A white muscular hand reaches out and pushes against the road before bursting to the surface. The monster is a white humanoid of large bulk and musculature. It takes a single stride and pinches the shoulders of an average person who appears to start shrinking. No, it is not shrinking which was happening. The person is being absorbed into the monster's body, a mess of metal manifesting from the contact. What kind of Dopant is that thing?
Heroism was not forbidden by Foundation X (They hardly stated any terms at all) and so Tsubasa is prepared to fight the thing. He removes the bulky device from his handbag, clicks it around his waist and drops an indigo Medal into the middle slot. The Medal starts to glow and a holographic image of a stylized crowappears in front of him while a synthetic voice announces: "Karas." The image draws to him and in a flash of contained light, he becomes completely clad in a form-fitting metallic suit hinting at avian anatomy, his chest carrying the symbol of his powers. Most of the armour is black, with trims and tints of indigo, especially in the eyes and the crest.
In his new form, Tsubasa finds himself analysing every bit of his environment even as he charges at the Dopant, or whatever the monster is. He leaps and, with the momentum, pushes the unfortunate victim away from the monster's hold. "Run," he says in his natural male voice although it might very well be his pretense. The monster spots him and swings an arm, which he already anticipated and ran forward, away from the arc of the swing, to punch at it's torso. The monster hardly reacts and tries to get a hold of him. Again he dodges and tries another attack, these actions repeating for a second before he pulls away. Finally, something too tough for his punching strength alone.

Yamato was sitting in the Foundation X training gym, taking a break from some Drunken Monkey practice. He noticed a drop of sweat hit the ground as he sat leaning over his knees, and grabbed the towel next to him and gave his forehead a wipe. It had been a good session, but he was keen to keep training and not just sit there aimlessly.
As he stood up, his phone rang. He glared at it, letting it ring for a bit, before grabbing it. Foundation X, the Caller ID read.
"This is Yamato." he said, keeping it said, keeping it short. He was never one for long introductions.
"There's a rogue Dopant in the city centre, we need you to support one of our Hybrid Riders, Crow, in taking it down. Use one of our bikes, you'll find one parked outside the gym facility." a cool male voice replied.
"Got it."
Yamato put the phone down and swapped his top and pants, and then put on his jacket, briskly walking out the door, turn left down a hallway, and out a set of glass sliding doors, to find a bike waiting for him, black, sleek, and especially fast-looking. Yamato liked the look of it, and grabbed the helmet that was resting on the handlebars, proceeding to straddle the bike and kick it into gear. A GPS display on the bike indicated where he had to go, and he sped off from the compound, racing towards the city centre.
***
Arriving about 10 minutes later, he leapt off the bike when he could see Crow fighting the Dopant. His Clone Driver in hand, he held it in front waist, for a belt to form around him. Out of his pocket he pulled three medals. There was another medal in his other pocket, but he wouldn't bother about that one for now. He slotted them into the Clone Driver, and moved the scanner over the driver, making a pose.
"Lion, Kajiki, Hayabusa!" came the synthetic voice of the driver. Yamato held his pose.
"Henshin!" he said, calmly, taking a standing pose with his arms at his sides with the fists clenched and out from his body. A Gold, Blue and Light grey medal flew around his body, eventually forming the amour that was Kamen Rider Cross. He gazed at what he believed was a dopant, and drew the Kajiki Sabres at the same time. There was something different about it, but he ignored it, and ran towards the dopant, blades at the ready...

The coffee in his hand swayed slightly with the surprise of the sudden chatter of the Gorilla Candroid; The mettalic squawk-roars weren't pleasant to the ears at all. He nodded, and pushed himself to his feet, taking another long drink of the fluid in his hand before he headed for the RideVendor, tossing the coffee in a can on the way. the Gorilla hopped along after him.
"Seems that hunch of his was right after all. Wonderful!" The last word was in a mock of Kougami's own tone, though spoken in good humor. He pulled on a pair of gloves and a put his helmet on, before driving off toward where he believed the Yummy was.
***
A few moments later, he stopped, mounted regally on the bike, belt on his waist, only to see that there were already two riders starting to engage with the thing. He kept his helmet on, semi-tinted visor down, and watched for now. It would do no good to jump in, and make it even harder to score a hit on the target for each of them. He wanted to see what the other riders were capable of, anyway.

Knowing that his fists and kicks were of no use against the monster, Tsubasa resolved to evading its attacks in a deliberate fashion. Thankfully, the monster was too occupied with him to realise that he was being led away from people. But it would only be effective in the short term if the monster could not be neutralised, so Tsubasa was thankful for the person in the strange jacket.
Seeing the strange belt was enough to tell him that the person was no ordinary civilian, and he may be even more powerful with the ability to use three of those Medals. And Tsubasa knew he was not his enemy with the power of the Karasu discerning so through the angle at which he ran. Hopefully, sharp superpowered weaponary would be more effective.
He decided to disengage from battle and watch to find a tactic against the monster. But Tsubasa wondered why the other one, who has an almost certain probability of having the same power, did not join the battle. He was worth keeping a second eye on to minimise harm to the sword wielding warrior if things should take a bad turn.

Noticing the other rider withdraw from the fight, Yamato got stuck straight into the dopant, opening with a flurry of slashes and lunges. the monster seemed a little phased, but swiped back at Yamato who jumped back in time to avoid getting hit. Striking at the dopant again, trying to cut it as best he could. But it didn't seem to work. He let out a yell and the Lion medal caused a blinding flash of light, and Yamato took a few steps back, using the small time he'd bought himself to analyse his opponent. He couldn't work out a weakness.
Swearing, he kicked at the beast, only to have his kick blocked by the quite strong dopant. What are its abilities? F*ck, I can't work it out! Yamato thought, lashing out at the monster with a strong roundhouse kick aimed for its head. Again, his kick was blocked, and the monster was just stronger than Yamato. Backing off again, he looked around at Crow.
"Yo! You're a Foundation X operative right? Got any bright ideas of how I can beat this thing. Scanning Charge, perhaps?" he asked the other rider. He'd stood back and seemed to be analysing the situation, so Yamato hoped he'd have some valuable input.

He continued watching, seeing what the other riders had to offer. The flash of Lion clouded his vision for half a second, but he managed to keep his eyes mostly open, thanks to the shaded visor on his helmet. He pulled out a trio of medals, and slipped them into his belt, tilting it. He waited a while longer to activate it, though.
He still wasn't sure if they needed his help. It would be interesting to see how they handled it, at the very least. Then the other OOO clone spoke up. Foundation X? He'd never heard of it. He delivered a quick mental shrug and leaned forward, elbows on his handlebars. He looked down at the yellow-orange metal in his legs slot, then back toward the fight.

"Not yet," Tsubasa replied. The monster was proving very resistant to physical attacks but the light was able to blind it. High probability that it would be susceptible to psychic attacks as well, but they might have another weapon. "Let him try," he said as he backstepped.

Yamato glared at Crow from beneath his visor. Standing back and waiting was something he didn't really want to do, but he figured now wasn't really the time to argue.
"Fine, we'll let the stranger have a shot." he replied, pointing first at the other person, "If you're a rider, which judging from your belt, you are, take a shot at this thing!" shifting his hand to the dopant monster.
Yamato remained transformed, but waited for the stranger to act before he got back in there...

"Your friend... Is pretty smart. That's a damn good way to prevent me from getting the upper hand." He spoke calmly, a bit of honest admiration in his tone.
"But you forgot something. I don't have to do what you say." He said, getting off the bike anyway. He pulled the helmet off with his left hand, grabbing the scanner in his right. He pressed the scanner against his belt, and smirked, dropping the helmet on the ground. At least he had the foresight to use something other than his preferred combo.
"henshin" ATLAS COBRA CHEETAH
He raised the scanner to his chest, a gold, a silver, and a yellow metal circling him, one horizontal, and the other two diagonally. The three medals smashed into each other in front of him, creating the chest emblem of this form. The yellow leg wedge and golden head wedge pressed against the top and bottom of the silver Cobra's hood. The armor matched the coin as it formed, over a base that's just off black, to the flavor of dark blue.. An imperfection, like the altered medals.
He quickly spun the Medareaver out of wherever it'd been, and kicked the helmet on the ground next to him at the Yummy, seeing how it reacted. The helmet flew with incredible force, though probably not enough to shatter it.

The helmet bounced harmlessly off the monster but it served well in drawing attention away from Cross a few mere inches away before it struck him square in the chest. The height of the monster meant it could close the distance from its attacker in less than a second with a walking pace, and it joined its hands together in a hammering motion as it did.
Meanwhile, Tsubasa ran to his apparent partner's side. "Its body is very dense," he said as he recounted his rescue of the civilian earlier. "I can make it soft enough for you to dismember it and you will know the sign when you see it. But there is one other thing I need to know and I'm asking if you're willing to let it touch you."

"Whether you have to listen to me or not doesn't matter. But you'll live longer if you listen to me or this guy." Yamato threatened gesturing to Crow as the helmet collided with the Dopant, and simply bounced off. He was also careful to step back as he noticed the dopant was going for him.
As Crow ran next to him and explained his plan, Yamato nodded. He wasn't one to back down from a challenge.
"It's our mission to take this thing down, so I'll do what needs to be done. Plus I'm not gonna back down from such an obvious challenge!" Yamato replied. He looked at Crow. "So what do you need me to do?" he added, turning to look back at the monster. He held the Kajiki Sabres up defensively, just in case...

That motion... Pulled even more of it's center of gravity away from the ground. Souji considered his odds of tripping the thing, and laughed inside his own head. Too low. He rolled away from his bike, stopping in a crouch, Medareaver flat against the ground, fingers of that hooded cobra's head sprawled against the same. The Atlas moth on his helmet provided a grim mask over his face, devastatingly calm.
He Rotated his hips forward, and hopped away once more, landing in a more typical crouch. He raised his right hand, and it appeared disjoined and serpentine as he shook it up and forward, launching it at the sky above his foe. He attempted to smash the shield against the beastly thing, using the thin edge as a wedge for the increased force of the wider swing.

The ground cracked under the force of the monster's arms. While it recovered, the shield of Cobra landed a hit on its shoulders and left a crack in the skin. It was small, but it looked to have cut a lot deeper compared to a simple cut on a human, although given its size it did not matter. Tsubasa observed that, and noted that whatever was under the monster's skin, it acted like scalemail but without interlocking.
"You engage him again and let him have the upper hand for a while," he said while the monster continued to fight in its simplistic but powerful manner. "You are very likely to get hurt but I will help you if you are in trouble."

Yamato weighed the risks up in his head. He could get pretty badly hurt if things went wrong, but on the other hand, it might be their best chance at destroying the monster. Still, he was a little unsure.
"Don't hesitate Yamato," said a voice from inside his helmet, "and don't panic, you aren't going crazy. I'm a supervisor, and we have a link up between your helmet and our headquarters. Follow Crow's instructions, go for it." the voice was calm and collected, and Yamato was more than willing to trust it.
"Got it." he replied, partially to Crow, and also to the Supervisor. A bit more quietly he asked, "Can the others hear you?"
"No." came the rather curt reply. Yamato shrugged, and ran back into the fray, striking repeatedly at the monster. The monster then focused his attention on Yamato, who began going toe to toe with the beast, slowly letting his attacks falter, as he assumed Crow wanted. He even let it hit him, sending Yamato flying back, who managed to roll out of the landing.
"Crap, that hurt more than I thought!" Yamato exclaimed, getting up and running back at the monster, continuing his onslaught with the Kajiki Sabres. "Feel free to act soon!" he called out to Crow and Marvelous.

The silver, shielded arm retracted rapidly, blurring back into a normal arm at Marvelous' shoulder. After this, he pawed at the ground with those heavily armored yellow legs, building up steam behind him. For the moment, this was all he did, preparing the Cheetah for some high-speed movement. He didn't think the MedaReaver would do much damage on it's own, but that was with normal force... If he increased the force behind it by increasing the speed... That might work.
