Name: Ichimonji Sadao
Age: 22 years
Weight: 190 lbs
Height: 6'
Appearance:
Sadao is an average-looking guy, with a lean build for his height. He's usually very scruffy, with his hair in a bit of a mess and a three-day beard on average. He's got dark blond hair that quite suddenly turns black an inch or so from the roots; The result of a dye job. He has a good, strong face, and wears a pair sunglasses, tinted black with gold Granny frames, the same frames worn by John Lennon.
His usual outfit is surprisingly normal. He wears a button-down shirt of dark charcoal, with a gold-trimmed black vest over it, and a pair of nice black slacks. His shoes are similarly fashionable, being a pair of black leather Chelsea boots. He wears a fedora upon his head.
He wears a single gold watch on his right arm, with the face inside his wrist. On the back of this same hand rests the shape of a regal Knight, entwined with throned vines with a red chrysanthemum at the bottom.
Personality:
He is both kind and friendly. Sadao does not think cruelty for cruelty's sake is worthwhile, instead using cruelty to further his or the overall means of all. It's obviously certain that his kindness is as real as his cruelty, and this creates an interesting dynamic in working with him, as you can never be quite sure which side he'll find more useful in a situation.
Sadao is a keen, decisive man, with an eye for the odds. He's a quick study and quite entirely capable of a great variety of philosophical and practical applications of thought. Additionally, he observed previous attempts at Fangires' leaving this world, and found them to be critically lacking anything resembling actual intelligent tactics. That, of course, made him quite sad.
He is also, of course, quite incredibly fashionable, and detests when his clothing is ruffled or damaged. This goes double for his shoes and watch.

Rider Name: Kamen Rider Luciberus
Rider World: Kiva
Equipment
Lucivat bat the First; First generation bat of the Luciberus family; distinctly different from the Kivat family, in that it's wings are sharp, it's body is thinner. Has a sharp personality and no sense of humor.
Devil's Due; Custom bike, black with small gold highlights and accents. Has a vaguely demonic appearance. Generates the Shadow Veil when traveling at high speeds, to seem inconspicuous to onlookers.
Wake Up Fuistel; Unleashes true vampiric power.
Unchain Fuistel; Releases the chain on the Right Arm.
Cerberus: Summons the giant beast Cerberus to deal with Sabbats, or the weaponized version, the Cerberus Busters.
Appearance:
Luciberus has a primarily black color scheme. His entire left arm, along with his chest and legs, for example, are mostly black with very sparse emerald green highlights. His armor is detailed in a way that is vaguely demonic.
His helmet has a very unique design, consisting of three large wings on either side of his face, each emerging from an emerald cross on the center of his face.
The right arm of this design is quite unique. In this form, it's covered by a thin layer of silver armor with swirls of lighter or darker metals in it. This armor covers most of the arm, and gives it greater bulk than the other. The armor itself is covered in chains, resembling the leg armor of Kiva. It is a bit more heavily armored than the rest of the Luciberus
Only wears three fuistel, all on the left hip, in a silvery-white holder.
Base Line Ability
Strength: 135%
Agility: 150%
Endurance: 145%
Techniques & Weapons:
Wake Up: Obliteration is the name of the Kicking-based finishing technique. This finisher has the sun rising on one horizon, and the moon setting on the other.
Luciberus' base form has access to the Archduke fangire's basic abilities.
Cerberus Form
Appearance
The right arm and most of the body remain the same, while the left arm becomes encased in crystalline blue-white armor, the tone under that lightening to a moderate gray.
All of the normally green detailing turns blue-white in this form.
Strength: 165%
Agility: 170%
Endurance: 115%
Techniques & Weapons:
In this form, Luciberus is either mounted upon the head of the Hell-hound Cerberus, or wielding the three handguns of the same name.
Artificial Arms Monster: Cerberus is a demonic hound with three heads, as tall and wide as the average suburban house. It looks fairly mechanical, and has blue-white over most of it's body, contrasted by it's glowing red eyes and black details.
The Levitating Handgun trio are the weapon version of the Artificial Arms Monster: Cerberus. Levitating Handgun: Ignis is made of the center head, and has crimson detailing. The rounds it shoots are enchanted with the flames of Hell. Levitating Handgun: Grando is detailed in white, and fires bullets that chill the target to it's core, embodying the Judgment of the Lord. Levitating Handgun: Fulgur is detailed in blue, and represents the storms of Purgatory. The rounds it shoots are lightning-oriented in nature. Each gun is a primarily black semi-auto handgun, resembling those used by Grave. These guns float within arms reach of Luciberus' left arm at all times, allowing him constant access.
Wake Up: Afterlife uses the same wake up fuistel, and works similarly in both of Cerberus' forms. In the Mounted Artificial Monster form, each of Cerberus' heads forms one of the three elements the beast represents, and it fires the three up into rings between Luciberus and the Sabbath. In gun form, the three rings form on their own, without being fired. In either method, Luciberus flies through each ring as he kicks the target. This finisher summons a completely empty sky.
Asura Form
Appearance
In this form the chains and armor of the right arm are released, showing the true form of this arm. It is primarily black as well, of course, but it appears to have several crimson crosses cut into it. At the wrist is another larger crimson cross, that at times drips a silvery metallic fluid.
The green on the armor changes to match the red "cuts" on this arm. The wings on the helmet grow larger, giving it a more elegant appearance.
Strength: 215%
Agility: 200%
Endurance: 225%
Techniques & Weapons:
Luciberus Sabers are the final use of the silvery metallic fluid in Luciberus' wrist. They are straight swords that generally resemble the Zanvat sword, are practically unbreakable via normal means, and can be created in near infinite quantity.
Asura Steel is the name of the metal that makes up the Luciberus Sabers, and can be detonated at will for damage that ranges from slight to severe.
Wake Up: Thousand Deaths is the name of the finishing technique used with the Asura Steel Luciberus Sabers to destroy rogue fangire. Energy for the technique is transfered via the same fuistel used for Obliteration and Eternal Obliteration.
Wake Up: Eternal Obliteration is a much stronger version of the original Obliteration technique. This finisher has the moon rising on one horizon, the sun setting on the other.
------------------------------------
Kaijin Name: Mantidfly
Kaijin species: Fangire, Insect Class
Appearance:
The Mantidfly Fangire is vaguely humanoid, with winglike black markings and various golds, oranges and browns making up the majority of it's "skin", The overall details make it resemble the mantis fangire, with some very, very large differences that most would not notice anyway. Among these differences is the lack of both scythe and coffin.
Strength: 125%
Agility: 110%
Endurance: 80%
Adaptations & Mutations:
The Mantidfly Fangire has large blades running along the back of each arm, allowing it armed attack, and can unfurl large wings from near it's waist, allowing it flight.
Additionally, the Mantidfly Fangire has access to the abilities of the Archduke Fangire, including the ability to generate intense pressure over a short radius, and a more focused, force in a small cone of his choosing, enough to shatter a fangire under 100% endurance instantly.
------------------------------------
Background:
The Fangire Archduke is a position created by the chaos of the worlds; In fact, Sadao is the first Fangire to be appointed Archduke. The Archduke acts as a counter-balance to the king of fangires; He or she is tasked with keeping a balance between Fangire and Humanity to keep the fangires' fed. The Fangire Archduke is granted a royalty power almost as strong as that of the King and Queen.
Sadao himself, prior to obtaining his new position was a fairly average Fangire. He didn't love a human woman, nor had he ever betrayed Fangire-kind or caught in Rook's path. He had never personally interacted with the Checkmate Four, but had seen them on business, on occasion. He never really took his abilities as the Mantidfly for granted, counting them as a gift. He became good at controlling his urges, and even more-so at avoiding riders.
Of course, when Kiva, Saga and Ixa were replaced by those new riders, he found himself relieved at their inefficiency and the fact that none could rival the new King. Then, of course, the King went completely batshit. This distressed Sadao, but he figured that the King's apparent madness would provide a good distraction for the rebel riders.
Then, King died. Off-world, with a vast majority of that army of his in tow to boot. Sadao had never wished the king dead, but this was a fortunate turn of events. Then he noticed the sigil that'd appeared on his hand. That, he realized, was incredibly unusual. It was a horse-head, surrounded by thorns. The red flower gave it an eye-catching focal-point. He wondered for a time what it meant, before searching his memory. He'd apparently gotten the memo, and never paid attention to it. He had crystal-clear memories of the dialogue had during a conversation he could remember nothing else about.
But, the sigil vindicated it. He introduced himself to the Kivatsmiths immediately, before he even considered contacting the Queen. That, of course, is next on his to-do list.
